In the next step, the development of artificial intelligence requires an understanding of emotions and cognition, and the addition of cognition and psychology is required to achieve the maximum exertion of artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction. AI's emotional intelligence can increase user stickiness, improve user experience, and increase satisfaction.

The purpose of sentiment calculation is to establish a harmonious human-machine environment by giving computers the ability to recognize, understand, express and adapt to human emotions, and to make computers have higher and comprehensive intelligence. In the case of movie shadows, users submit comments about whether they like or dislike related information for a movie, and fully exploit these comments to generate valuable metadata to understand the user’s emotions about the film in a popular way. An objective analysis of subjective content allows us to better understand the trends of products and services and make better decisions for consumers.
